Smt. Latha Narasimha Murthy , hails from a family of seasoned politicians. Her grandfather Sri Sanjeev Reddy was a great influence on her since her childhood. He was a lawyer in high court and nominated as MLC in Mysore state. Right from a young age she had an ambition to achieve great heights in life. She has completed I-WIL (India - Women In Leadership) programme from IIMB. She is a Post Graduate in Public Policy, and has completed New Venture Leadership from MIT Global Entrepreneurship Bootcamp. She is married to Sri Narasimha Murthy and settled in HSR Layout.
Her husband Sri Narasimha Murthy, a businessman, has involved himself in social service. Sri Narasimha Murthy is serving as BJP secretary for Bangalore area and has been treasurer for BJP Bangalore City-District area. As a dutiful wife, Smt Latha has fully supported him and involved herself to the service of the society. Drawn by the principles of discipline and dedication in BJP, they have worked for the party wholeheartedly and struggled day and night to build the party. Due to sincere efforts of workers like Smt Latha and Sri Narasimha Murthy, BJP has come to power for the first time in South India.
